REQUIREMENT

An important aeronautic company proposed a new requirement: a high-load castor able to stand the high temperatures of precision paint furnaces.

Among the requirements, they needed the inclusion of a double brake so the device could be stopped once in rest position, as well as foot protection for the handlers' security. The speed was slow and the flooring surface had rests of paint and other kinds of waste.

We offered a special assembly with two resine wheels in order to support the high-load demands and the high temperature. The result was consisted of a high-load bracket, double brake and foot protection, as the project needs demanded.
