Inicial Situation

We got an issue with a line of internal transport in an automobile factory. They had to turn off part of their logistics to the outside of the industrial unit in order to reduce the internal flow. The working conditions were very different because of an increase in the speed, from 6 Km/h. up to 16 Km/h., and an abrasive road surface.

We offered a reinforced polyurethane castor with a high load bracket in order to support the increase in the pressure due to the increase in speed. We performed a special assembly in order to support the high speed and the abrasion wear.
