Our company has recently developed a solution specifically designed for the automotive industry, aimed at optimizing the line-side supply of heavy components that are particularly sensitive to impact damage.

The project involves the implementation of a trolley equipped with 200 mm diameter wheels featuring high wear-resistant polyurethane treads. This configuration ensures outstanding durability in intensive-use environments while reducing floor wear and improving the overall maneuverability of the system.

Among the client's key requirements were ensuring the integrity of fragile components during transport and incorporating conductive wheels to prevent the buildup of static electricity.

To meet these requirements, a robust solution was developed based on two wheel assemblies in the ZVRRFD200-AUSB configuration. In addition, the fork—already featuring a standard reinforcement—was further strengthened to provide a more solid and stable structural base. This enhancement from the standard ZVR model to the reinforced ZVRR version delivers increased mechanical strength for demanding operating environments.

In line with this structural reinforcement and with the aim of ensuring the electrical protection of the entire assembly, the 17ZVR200 UTC series was selected, incorporating our UTC conductive ring. This component provides conductivity levels ranging from 10⁵ to 10⁷ ohms, ensuring effective dissipation of static electricity and thereby protecting the electronic components being transported.
