Inicial Situation

An important trolley manufacturer, with significant presence in the hotel and catering industry, presented us a challenge, that they needed to face due to the increasing demand for a solution of Hotels their were dealing with. The challenge was to improve the working conditions of the housekeeping personnel.

This issue was of upmost importance since the meetings were held by the work security committee for analyzing with the client the effects of fatigue and efforts taken by the housekeeping employees.

Our engineers and technicians conducted several meetings with the engineer department of our client, those were needed to set up the specifications of said project. Things like the length, the vibration absorption and the materials of the flooring; such as marble, hardwood, rugs, etc.; should be taken into account very carefully, to find the best solution for the employees and not to damage the floors.

The final answer that was raised to give a satisfactory solution to this challenge was to adopt into this new trolley the ZV series with the PS Rubber Wheel. This Serie of castors highlight due to the monitorability and adaptability to different surfaces.

The client has highlighted the great amount of implication and collaboration that they received to achieve a satisfactory solution for their clients, having received a positive response on the market.
